Mig Welding Sheet Metal

Mig Welding Sheet Metal - For gmaw (mig) i've always used.023. It keep burning through and making big. I am using argon co2 with solid.030 wire. Not cause it's best, but because thats what was in the 1st. I am trying to weld 22 gage sheet metal with a hobart 140. Mig machine i ever ran. The other version asks that one punchs a 10 mm (3/8) hole on the top metal sheet. Last edited by roospike ;
